FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
The Palworld Server Toplist is a platform where Palworld server owners can list their servers and players can find, vote for, and compare the best servers. Servers are ranked by votes, with premium servers getting additional visibility.
Register an account, then go to your dashboard and click 'Add Server'. Enter your server name, IP, port, and optionally query port (REST API), RCON port, and RCON password for live status monitoring. Your server will be listed immediately after submission.
We check your server status every 5 minutes. If you provide a query port (REST API), we use that first. If you provide RCON port and password, we use RCON. If neither is configured, we fall back to BattleMetrics to check your server's online status and player count.
Each server can have a Discord bot that posts status updates. You can set the bot language per server directly in your dashboard. The bot language is independent of the site language, so each server can have its own bot language setting.
Players can vote for any server once every 24 hours. The more votes a server has, the higher it ranks in the toplist. Voting is free and helps servers gain visibility. Votes can be submitted through the website or via the Vote API.
A Premium listing gives your server a crown badge, higher ranking priority, and a premium banner. You can upgrade to Premium from your dashboard. Premium is available for 30 days and can be purchased via Stripe. An invoice is automatically generated and available for download in your invoice section.
After purchasing Premium, an invoice is automatically generated. You can view and download all your invoices as PDF from the 'Invoices' section in your dashboard. The invoice includes your billing information, the server name, amount, and payment status.
Yes, go to 'Profile' from your dashboard. You can change your username, email, preferred language, and password. If you linked your Discord account, you can also unlink it from the profile page.
If you have a question or issue, you can create a support ticket from the 'Support' link in the navigation. Choose a category (General, Bug Report, Server Issue, Billing, Other), write your message, and our team will respond. You can also use the contact form in the footer for quick messages.
Yes, we provide a Vote API that allows you to integrate voting into your own website or Discord bot. You can find your API key in your dashboard. For full API documentation and available endpoints, visit the API Docs page linked in the footer.
